Yes, it's a browser limitation with Firefox.

In fact Whizzywig isn't very clever with form elements and personally I don't use it on HTML with form controls.

hi.  i notice that IE allows resizing of INPUT elements, e.g. type="Text" or type="Button". 
this behaviour isn't there for Firefox.  is it a browser limitation or is the resizing thing a feature of Whizzywig?  i notice images can be resized in FF.
i use INPUT elements as placeholders for my CMS objects, so allowing the user to resize in FF would be a great help.
